I loved the whole experience and how you set up the space to be so magical. The flowers on the mats were such a beautiful touch. I took mine home-and put it in a small vase which has reminded me of the experience daily. I have been thinking about how nice it would be to do that regularly as monthly or bi-monthly maintenance. For me its a good anchor for m own meditative practice to do something like sound healing in a group setting. The toning was probably my favorite part as i find myself doing brief toning exercise since that night which i normally wouldn't do. Overall feeling great and would definitely join again.

I attended David and Bluebird's sound healing hour workshop. It was like I had ever experienced. The actual music, sounds, lighting, venue and of course their LOVE and presence opened up my sealed-off parts. My wounded inner child made her way to the front of my chest and healing occurred.
